Welcome to my website! I am a scholar of organizations, policy, and human services. My research examines how organizations, workers, and service systems respond to changes in policy and institutional environments, with particular attention to organizational adaptation, decision-making, workforce dynamics, and service delivery. I study these questions primarily in early care and education and related human service settings, drawing on quantitative, qualitative, and mixed-methods research.
